Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Wendy is a senior executive with 38 years of experience in new business development in Fortune 100 corporations, venture capital, private equity, and start-ups. She is an expert in entrepreneurial start-ups, business and technology development and funding, and people leadership. Wendy has a demonstrated track record of new business development success and global people leadership from large corporations to focused start-up organizations. She is a member of the Plastics Hall of Fame, President of the Plastics Pioneers Association, member of the Rice University School of Engineering External Advisory Board, and Senior Advisor for the Rice Engineering Alumni Board of Directors.
Specialties: - Strategy and fund-raising for private equity and start-ups, global business development, best practices for innovation, people leadership in multiple cultures, global project management, and commercialization of new technologies
Steve Hoenig
Chief Technology Officer
Steve is an experienced technology leader in the plastics and flooring industries. He specializes in new product development, including identifying customer performance requirements, technical fits, technical gaps, and developing products that fill those gaps. He is excellent at driving customer success by ensuring they meet their business goals and objectives. Steve has had many successes implementing new technologies into industry over his 43 year career.
In addition to his technical work, she gives back to the industry by serving as Treasurer of the Plastics Pioneers Association.
Specialties: Plastics, Injection Molding, Profile Extrusion, Material Science, Latex. Expertise in packaging, flooring, automotive, toys, durable molded goods, and IT industries.
